Signing Up Process

How do I sign up for your services?

  1. Read the ATP Client Agreement.
  2. Fill out the ATP Athlete Questionnaire here. We will be using this information to build your unique athlete profile and build your training plan.
  3. Make payment for your preferred service here!

How can I select the coach that I want to work with?

You can state at the end of the questionnaire if you have a preference for a particular coach. IF the coach is unable to take on more clients at the moment, you will be asked if you would like to be assigned another coach. Where unspecified, coaches  will be assigned accordingly.

How much lead time do I need to provide to cancel my subscription?

Please let us know at least 2 days before your next subscription payment via an email to [email protected]

What will I be expecting after signing up?

You will receive a confirmation email from our operators. Within 2 working days, you will receive a welcome email from your coach. A usual consultation skype call will be arranged by the coach to clarify any further questions and do some background building, after which, your coach will be sending you your completely customized training plan.

Do we have other payment options other than Paypal?

Yes you can do a bank transfer. Simply follow these steps:

Service Related FAQs

How does our services work and operate?

Our Dynamic Virtual Coaching service is based largely on feedback between the Coach and the Client. We utilize a few tools to interact with our clients:
1. Fatigue Reporting System – This is a simple rating form that the client fills in daily to help us track how the client is responding to the training being given.

2. Weekly programming – The programs are customized weekly, depending on client feedback and data collected from the Client Recovery Monitoring Sheet.

3. Contact with coach via whatsapp/instagram – Clients are required to send training videos and tag coaches in their training videos on social media for the coaches to keep up to date with their progress. Coaches will respond within 24hours.

Do you guys handle rehab training?

At the moment we are working on bringing this service online. You can however schedule an appointment with one of our Coaches, Coach Chee for further treatment (*Coach Chee is based in Singapore).

What kind of training do you provide?

We mainly do powerlifting and physique.

What is the process if we are not satisfied with the service?

Drop an email to [email protected] and CC your Coach in the mail. We will review these cases on a case-by-case basis and make arrangements from there.

How much training knowledge should I have?

Ideally, you should have at least 6 months to a year of consistent training under your belt. It does not need to be recent, but you must have had experience with the barbell before (eg. Used to train consistently for 1 year, but stopped due to various reasons and  would like some coaching to get back into training). Basic knowledge of how to execute basic compond movements like Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Overhead Press and Rows will help tremendously.

Training Related FAQs

Is the training schedule fixed? E.g how many times can I train a week?

Depending on your work schedule, we can assign and work around with your lifestyle and training times. Ideally we would recommend at least 3 times a week with 1 to 1.5hrs of training minimum. All these will be documented in your questionnaire and discussed in detail with your coach either over email or via a video call.

In what format will the programs be sent?

Programs will be sent to your email either in PDF or occasionally, Excel format (if Client is required to fill in certain inputs).

How does training and nutrition service work?

Under this program, we will have two coaches to work with you. One to take care of the training, the coach will also work hand in hand with your nutrition coach.

When will be ideal to take on this service if I intend to compete?

Ideally 6 months to 1 year. The longer it takes for us to help you, we can establish your peaking and performance patterns. These will be ideal to help you maximize your potential performance come competition day.

When will a training program be sent?

Programs will be sent before the start of each week, typically, sat or Sunday. Do take note that the programs will only be sent when the coach has received the feedback necessary to make tweaks to the program. The usual 24 hour rule applies.

What are the modes of feedback in your service?

We have our own Feedback Reporting System (FRS) which allow us to track your fatigue level, which is crucial for us to draft your weekly program and also monitor if training is going on track. This is a simple form that takes no more than 20s to fill in, and is done on a daily basis.

Do you guys do competition preparation?

We are keen to take on anyone with different strength level to join us for a competition preparation. Our coaches are experienced in competition preparation as well as meet day strategy planning and handling.

Coaching Relationship FAQs

How does the coach determine my training program?

Through the questionnaire, fatigue feedback system and your training videos, the coach will analyse and draft out a new training plan for you. Throughout the week you will also be able to text your coach with training related matters and they will respond within the 24 hour time frame.

How long will the Coach take to reply?

The coach will have 24hours to reply to your messages.

How do I communicate with my coach?

Communication is usually done through whatsapp or email.
